Privacy Policy - ReplyGuy

Who we are

We are the team behind ReplyGuy, a browser extension that helps people draft social-media replies faster, in their own voice. This policy explains what the extension does with your information.

What we collect and where it lives

What gets sent to a third party, and when

When you click the reply button and pick a tone, the extension sends the text of the post you are replying to, your tone choice, and a short style fingerprint built from your voice sample, to OpenAI, using your own API key, to generate a draft. That request goes directly from your browser to OpenAI. We do not run a server in between and we never see the contents of that request.

When you check or upgrade your Pro status, the extension talks to ExtensionPay to verify your subscription.

We do not send your data anywhere else. There is no analytics service, no tracking pixel, and no telemetry built into this extension.

What we do not do

Your choices

You can clear your stored API key and voice sample at any time from the extension's Settings page. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data associated with it. If you have subscribed through ExtensionPay, you can manage or cancel your subscription from the extension, which opens ExtensionPay's own subscription-management page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, note the change here.
